Pilates Mat Classes
Core&More Pilates classes are often based on themes which align with the international Polestar Pilates guiding principles:
Using Breathing to facilitate movement
Developing core control and axial elongation
Organising our head neck and shoulders effectively
Learning effective alignment for weight bearing exercises and
Integrating all principles through movement.
Core&More Mat Pilates classes are designed to build whole body strength, mobility, balance and mindfulness.
Classes are offered in ten week terms and are planned to accommodate for all levels of experience.
New students are introduced to the foundational exercises and assisted to develop safe and effective techniques.
Classes are often based on a movement theme or movement principle and may incorporate the use of resistance bands, small exercise balls, Pilates circles and foam rollers.
Private sessions are available for individuals or pairs.
Many people find that personal tuition is an effective way to learn and refine the Pilates repertoire.
Online classes are designed to support your Pilates practice in the comfort of your own home
Gentle and restorative - introduces the foundation exercises and is suitable for those who may be new to Pilates.
Flow Pilates - a 60 minute session exploring the intermediate to more advanced Pilates repertoire. Suitable for those who are experienced with the Pilates Method.
Private tuition - Pilates at your place, at your pace. Each session is tailored to your goals and focuses on technique and form.

If you are a member of the gym, simply check the timetable and come on down! The respective gyms also offer casual visiting rates. All singular classes are booked with the gyms themselves.
